remember it's spare the air today. >> lindsay lohan is out of jail after spending less than 12 hours behind bars for violating her probation by failing a drug test. she was able to post $300,000 bail and walk out of jail last night. after her attorney successfully challenged the judge's order that she be without bail until her next hearing. a different judge overturned the order last night. it was 24-year-old's third trip to the los angeles jail facility since her 2007 d.u.i. case. she must still wear an ankle bracelet. next court date is october 22. >> police and drug agents say a surprising amount of unused medicine winds up on the street. they are opening their doors today in the first ever nationwide to take back your unused prescriptions. >> pims, pills and more pills, we use 250 billion dollars worth every year. most americans have been prescribed some kind of medication and often they don't take every pill in the bottle. >> i still have a lot of it in case i need it one day. >> one of the reasons people hold on to it, i'm not sure people actually believe sell by date. >> muscle relax
